Boarding
We provide a clean, well ventilated, temperature controlled environment for a wide variety of species. Providing specialized, individual care for the older or special medical needs pet. Our devoted and loving Animal Care Specialists will pamper your pets.
For our younger active guests, exercise and stimulating play time sessions are integrated into their daily activities. For our older more relaxed guests, a slower paced activity program is available, which can include cardiovascular stimulating massage, and/or a warm relaxing hydrotherapy bath.
We recommend that you bring your pet’s regular diet from home, as it helps to reduce stress and stomach upset. High quality food is provided if you decide not to bring your pet’s regular food from home. Baths and nail trims are included if your dog when he/she spends 3 or more days with us.
Your pets are our #1 concern while in our care.
Grooming by Stacy
Stacy is a Groomer with 20 years xperience, with care to detail and the patience for the job. She provides personalized, hands on communication with you to make sure the cut and style are just right. You must plan ahead and make your appointments early, as Stacy is only available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Call our receptionists to make an appointment.
Onsite puppy classes
We provide a free puppy class to clients and their puppies, that have started with our puppy vaccination program. We offer a one hour informational, behavioral and socialization session with an experienced canine trainer. Our trainer will help you with house training, barking, biting, and any other problems you face with your new puppy. Get started on the right foot with your pet.
Client Education
We care deeply about our patients, and believe the more you understand and appreciate medical issues and treatments the better it is for our patients - your pets. You can use our “Ask a Tech” link to ask questions or talk about concerns to a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or search for information with our Pet Information and Medical library. Also don’t forget to check out our long list of commonly asked questions. If all else fails, call us and we will try our best to serve your specific needs.
Medical Services
We provide a wide range of medical services. From basic yearly exams and vaccines, ear cleanings and anal glad expressions to pain management, orthopedic procedures and adult stem cell therapy.
Surgical Services
We offer a wide variety of surgical procedures. From spays, neuters, puppy tails and dewclaws to caesarians, bone fracture repairs, and abdominal exploratory surgery.
Imaging Services:
Our direct digital x-ray machine is the latest in x ray technology. The increased detail we receive with digital allows us to better diagnose your pets problem.
Just an added plus this digital X ray has less radiation exposure to your pet and is environmentally friendly. There is no chemical waste to throw out and has no film to expose.

Laboratory Services
We have an in house lab available for basic lab work. It is capable of basic blood screening tests, fecal testing for parasites, Feline and canine heartworm tests, Feline Leukemia Virus testing and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, simple cytology and much more.
For our patients who need in depth Lab work done, we can obtain samples and send it to a Reference Laboratory that specializes in animal lab work. We get results back with in 12 – 24 hours.
Dental Services
We offer from routine to Extensive dentals. Your pet is placed under anesthesia while the procedure is being done. This is much more than a cleaning. It includes, but is not limited to, hand and ultra sonic scaling, sub gingival cleaning, extractions, polishing, fluoride and sealant application. Studies show that pets that have routine dentals live healthier, happier lives.

Dietary Services
Hills Science Diet is a leading manufacture of Prescription Diet Foods. These foods are sold by prescription only.They help control medical issues your pet may have. There are specific formulations to help with problems from Heart disease and Arthritis to weight management. If you think your pet could benefit from one of these diets, please see your pet’s veterinarian.
Emergency Care
Our doctors are available to assist our clients and patients during our regular business hours and until 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Sundays. We do require payment in full at the time emergency services are rendered. Please call 530-365-8122 for instructions for after-hour emergencies.
